To become a professional grinding subcontractor, we continuously invest in equipment and extend the productions. For now, Chili has become the biggest grinding factory in Taiwan.
In 1999, CHILI business extended to the manufacturing decoration tools such as putty knives & stiff scrapers. Taiwan is a tropical island and the weather is humid. Carbon blades will get rust quickly after grinding, so it is not easy to stock the semi-finished goods and secure the customer lead time. In order to keep tools longer, we innovatively use anti-rust material instead of carbon steel. We put a lot of effort to improve the technique and overcome the shortage of Japan stainless steel which is inflexibility. Even after hundreds of failed tests, we had never lost our faith to be the best. We achieved the goal and did the technical revolution eventually. The significant breakthrough makes CHILI become a pioneer of manufacturing stainless steel putty knifes in the world.
